Maher, Kathleen

Kathleen Maher is an urban planner with artistic tendencies living in the Hagerstown area. Maher's creative outlets of late tend to be beaded jewelry and photography. Occasionally, pen-n-ink caricatures are produced to celebrate notable events. Past favored mediums were pastels and watercolors. A project in the works is an illustrated children's book.
