An opportunity for visual artists in the region
Proposals are requested from artists for a site-specific commission for the
Children?s Department of the Urbana Regional Public Library in Urbana,
Maryland. The public art project is open to all artists living or working
within a 50 mile radius of Urbana, regardless of race, color, national
origin, sex, religion, age and/or disability in employment or in the
provision of services.
The Craig J. Fritz Memorial Fund will allocate up to $10,000 for the
painting of the mural in the children?s department of the Urbana Regional
Library.
