Hagerstown jeweler R. Bruce Carson again comes through for Washington County Museum of Fine Arts

Dr. and Mrs. Gerald I. Falke of Hagerstown, Maryland were the lucky winners of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts? Third Annual Rolex Watch Raffle. The winning ticket was drawn at the Museum?s Annual Members meeting on Thursday, March 22.

The raffle, sponsored by R. Bruce Carson Jewelers, is a fundraiser that supports Museum operations and programming. The raffle has raised more than $46,000 over the past three years.

Mrs. Falke received her prize on Tuesday, March 27 at R. Bruce Carson Jewelers on the Public Square in Hagerstown. A long-time Museum member, Mrs. Falke remarked that she always participated in the raffle to support the Museum. ?I never expected to win!? she exclaimed.

R. Bruce Carson, a Hagerstown business with a long tradition of supporting the arts in its community, was established in 1902. Its shop is located in the heart of historic downtown Hagerstown, on the Public Square.
