Mike Gouker has taught art for Washington County Public School since 1969 and the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts since 1989. Mike is known for his unique circle drawings. The basic idea behind these drawing is much like that of stippling, which uses small dots of some medium to produce the desired effects. Several hundred of these drawings have been produced since 1975. They include many different subjects and cover a wide range of sizes.
