Tradigital Craftsmanship

Before the Industrial Revolution, artists mixed their own paints; today, most of us buy them. Yet paintings still move us. Photography once straddled the line between science and art—initially dismissed, now indispensable. Likewise, as tools of creation become increasingly digital, we might ask: does technology distance us from the human hand, or simply extend its reach? These works explore that question.
