Applications are now open for the 2025 Holiday Marketon
Saturday, November 22nd from 2:00PM – 6:30PM!
Vendor Fee: $25
Location: South Potomac Street (Outdoor Market on the closed street)
Time: Vendor Check-In will begin at 11:30AM to 1:30PM
The Downtown Tree Lighting will take place on Public Square that same evening at 5:00PM.
If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form online and we will contact you with more information. In order to participate you must provide your own 10x10 tent and appropriate table. Please keep in mind there will be no easy access to electricity.
For best consideration, send submission by November 14, 2025. Submissions will be reviewed by committee. We will keep submissions for consideration for other upcoming opportunities in the City of Hagerstown, including additional Fourth Friday events in the summer and fall.br />

The Washington County Arts Council, Inc. is funded by an operating grant from the Maryland State Arts Council, (MSAC), an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. An agency of the Department of Business & Economic Development, the MSAC provides financial support and technical assistance to nonprofit organizations, units of government, colleges and universities for arts activities. Funding for the MSAC is also provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, which believes that a great nation deserves great art. Additional funding is also provided by Washington County Government and generous businesses, organizations and individuals.
